Karen Theimer

Freedom Coach & Breathwork Facilitator for Women
Stepping Into Their Next Chapter
Nice to meet you

I'm Karen Theimer

There was a point where I knew exactly what I wanted next — but I wasn’t fully moving on it.

I had already been through significant life transitions — navigating a divorce, becoming a cancer thriver, and stepping into a deeper level of self-awareness. From the outside, it looked like I had done the work. But internally, I could feel that something was still holding me back.

I could see what I wanted. I felt ready for more.
But when it came time to act, I hesitated.

That’s when I began to explore deeper work —
including breathwork and transformative healing experiences —
where I started to understand how much my past was still shaping my present.
I saw how my mind and body were working together to keep me in familiar patterns, even when I consciously wanted something different.

THAT REALIZATION CHANGED EVERYTHING.

Through my own experience — and nearly 20 years working
with women in health and wellness — I began to see this pattern everywhere.
Women who were capable, self-aware, and ready… but not fully following through
when it mattered most.

What I came to understand is this:
the problem isn’t clarity.
It’s what happens at the moment of action.
That’s the moment my work is built around.
I combine breathwork, nervous system support, and grounded action to help
women move through hesitation, trust themselves, and begin building something real.
Because your next chapter doesn’t come from waiting.

It comes from moving.

Fun Facts about Karen

Fun Fact #1

I've taken my passion for horseback riding  to new heights.

I went from riding a 16 hand horse many years ago to really enjoying a little Arabian who is approximately 14 hands. Who says downsizing is a bad thing?

Little Breezy is teaching me so much. Like…paying attention - we cannot have both of us in la..la..land otherwise we can both fall down. Yes..that happened. Breezy tripped and went down on his knees and I fell off. Fortunately..it was only at a walk and we both shook ourselves off and kept going.

Did you know?

Horses embody Balance and Harmony: prompting equilibrium in life, embracing assertiveness and nurturing, striving for inner and outer harmony. They symbolize power.

Fun Fact #2

I love Baltimore Oriole birds and they show up for me often.

I could be in mid sentence with someone or be in a “woe is me” place complaining about my world. Then I hear the Baltimore Orioles singing outside my house and POOF…it takes me out of my funk.

They are so beautiful they make me smile. These little treasures are not easy to see.

They say that if you hear them there are fairies in your trees. Maybe it is true…

Did you know?

Fairies are frequently linked to playfulness, joy, and a childlike sense of wonder. They represent the freedom to explore and celebrate life's simple pleasures, reminding us to find joy in the present moment.

Fun Fact #3

I believe nature is always trying to show us something

I love frogs. I love to hear them sing. Frogs show up in interesting places reminding me to connect in.

I was in a bad mood and my cat was driving me crazy. I was trying to work and the cat kept leaping at my sliding door. When I stopped to actually look, there was a frog was halfway up the window.

What was this little guy up to? Heading up to the roof to sunbathe? 😄

Did you know?

Frogs symbolize transformation, change, and rebirth. They remind us that growth and evolution are possible, even in challenging times. Seeing a frog may be a sign that you are in a period of personal transformation or that change is on the horizon.
